Clayton has been in the industry for 35+ years, and has been fortunate to be closely involved with some of the top companies in the world. Through this journey, he has worked as an Education Director/Art Director in academies, behind the scenes, as well as on stage presentations.  He has been involved with education from apprenticeship level, all the way to advanced techniques.

The perks of no longer working for one single company is that there is no agenda to push. He can work with each individual stylist and focus on what THEY would like to work on, from fundamental skills to advanced techniques. He offers  personally crafted education.  Each  individual can focus on whatever they need...at their own pace.
